All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.

Shipping

Order processing typically takes 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during launches or high-volume periods.

Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. JASMINE is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or incorrect and is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

All Secret Archive items are final sale with no exceptions.
