Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with JASMINE. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. These timelines reflect the handmade and small-batch nature of many JASMINE pieces.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are determined by the selected carrier and shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

JASMINE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the label has been created.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

JASMINE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

JASMINE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management

  • Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

International Shipping

International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing. JASMINE is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items, including pieces purchased from the Secret Archive, are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including for shipping delays.
