Thank you for shopping with JASMINE. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect selection

  • sizing preferences

  • delays caused by the shipping carrier

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: hello@ournameisjasmine.com

To be eligible for review, your email must include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

If your claim is approved, JASMINE will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Final Sale Items

All items marked as final sale, including all pieces purchased from the Secret Archive, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Shipping-Related Issues

JASMINE is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
